Debbie is the Vice President and Country Manager for Google in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, Debbie was the Vice President of Global Advertiser Solutions for Google and YouTube. Before joining Google, Debbie was Vice President of Global Media at Unilever, responsible for leading global communications planning, driving digital marketing, and leading the company’s global media partnerships. Earlier in her career, Debbie worked in sales, marketing, strategy and business development at media companies such as Viacom, MTV Networks, and Bolt.com; she founded a children’s food company, Swingset Kitchens; and began her career as an investment banker in Mergers & Acquisitions at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University.
