In a wide-ranging ‘fireside chat’ with John Arlidge, Jonathan will be discussing the political implications in the US and UK of the ongoing war in Gaza, together with speaking about his latest book, The Traitors Circle (published 25.09.25).

Jonathan is a Guardian columnist, presenter of BBC Radio 4’s The Long View, as well as two podcasts, Politics Weekly America for the Guardian and Unholy alongside the journalist Yonit Levi. He has won the Orwell Prize for journalism and has authored 14 books, both fiction and non-fiction, the latest being The Traitors Circle: the Rebels Against the Nazis and the Spy who Betrayed Them.
