Charlotte became CEO of The Felix Project in January 2022. Prior to that Charlotte was the Chief Executive of Step Up To Serve from 2014 to 2020 and from 2010 to 2014 she was the Chief Executive of UK Youth. She started her career working in Parliament for Rt. Hon. Harriet Harman QC MP in a number of roles before moving to the NSPCC as their Parliamentary Advisor. She was awarded an OBE in 2019 for her services to young people.
