Liberty City Ventures have been involved in the blockchain space since 2010 (buying and mining bitcoins) and cofounded/incubated two major companies in the blockchain infrastructure ecosystem (Paxos and Lukka). As part of our crypto series, Emil joins us to share his expertise in this space.
Emil is a founding partner at Liberty City Ventures. He co-founded Paxos and Lukka, two important infrastructural companies within the blockchain ecosystem. He also co-founded Cedar Hill Capital Partners LLC (Cedar Hill) in 2004. Prior to founding Cedar Hill, Emil was a portfolio manager at SAC Capital Management. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. for over 8 years in various capacities in the Equities and Asset Management divisions, including as a portfolio manager as well as head trader.
