Implications and impacts of the 30th October budget
With 55 offices around the world, Henley & Partners is the global leader in residence and citizenship by investment, and author of the seminal wealth migration report so heavily quoted in recent weeks. Joining us shortly after the budget, Stuart and Peter will be updating us on changes to UK tax and IHT and advising on potential relocation options.
Stuart is a Managing Partner at Henley & Partners and the Head of the firm’s London & West Africa offices. Stuart has 10 years of experience in the investment migration industry, which follows on from his 13 successful years in private banking at Coutts & Co and HSBC Private Bank. Stuart has a wealth of experience in advising high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, identifying and managing risks, and seeking out value-creating opportunities across many jurisdictions with challenging environments.
Peter is Director of Tax Services at Henley & Partners. He works with clients, their existing tax advisors, and country specialists to ensure that all parties are fully aware of their tax filing obligations and the potential tax costs when investing in alternative residence and/or citizenship. A UK-qualified chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor, he has been working in the industry for 25 years.
