A Pulitzer Prize-winner for his examination of the dangers of contaminated meat, Moss is an investigative reporter formerly with The New York Times, a keynote speaker, and an occasional guest on numerous TV shows.

Sarah works in functional medicine which seeks to bridge the gap between conventional medicine, genetics, nutrition & lifestyle.

She is on the board of Peak Health, an advisor for Form Nutrition and Beyond Medispa and practises out of COACH London. Her most recent research paper on the links between rosacea and gut health was published in Jan 2021 in the Australasian Journal of Dermatology.
