There is increasing evidence that we may be able to prevent, delay or even halt dementia if we know how. Covering everything from brain exercises, sleep, oxygenation, diet, dental health and Lyme disease Sarah will bring the numerous stands of prevention together, giving us all some hope (and homework!).
Sarah is a functional medicine & nutrition consultant. She has clinics in Harvey Nichols & COACH London and advises several health, nutrition and supplement companies. She runs corporate programmes and is a prolific speaker on preventative health and nutrition. Sarah studied biology and genetics at Cambridge University and holds a Metcalf Fellowship from McGill University. Her research paper on Rosacea & Diet in 2020 was recently published in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology. She was a trustee of the National Children’s Orchestra for several years.
