Scott founded and chairs Value Retail PLC, which created and operates the experiential fashion shopping destination Bicester Village, located near Oxford. Bicester Village is the flagship of The Bicester Collection, which represents fifteen locations across Western Europe, China and the US. Scott was raised in the US and has lived in London for some 35 years. He serves on the boards of several innovative non-profit organisations including Partners In Health, Tompkins Conservation and the University of Austin.
